My journey to start Let Property came out of need.

As a property investor myself, I needed a solution to sell tenanted property faster and at a fair market price.

I sold a marketing company in 2021 for a multiple 7 figure sum and using the funds from that exit, I began to invest in buy to let Property.

As I was buying and selling properties, I noticed a huge issue with the way that “Typical” Estate Agents would sell tenanted property.

Estate Agents don’t understand simple things like:

❌ Tenancy Rights
❌ How to market a tenanted property to another investor

Estate Agents are too used to selling to residential buyers, and often can’t sell Buy To Let Property.

So I began to buy and sell my own properties directly to other investors.
